The firm was founded with the belief that unnecessary litigation is the bane of both employers and employees alike. As such, our first objective is to help avoid undue conflict between employers and employees. To do this, we train both employers and employees about their respective rights and responsibilities in the workplace; draft and review employment contracts, handbooks and personnel policies; offer advice and counseling how to address and defuse looming employment disputes; and negotiate resolution of disputes when they occur. We take great pride in the fact that the majority of the matters we handle are resolved through these kinds of preventative measures.
We go to such lengths to avoid fighting because we believe that the best warriors are those who are most reluctant to draw their swords. When we are forced to litigate, we do so with ferocious efficiency. We go for the throat so that disputes do not last any longer than they absolutely have to.
